Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the foliowing comments: <br /> a. The site plan shows the storm, water and sewer utilities as "proposed". Those utilities are <br /> complete. The plan should be revised to show existing utilities. <br /> b. The sewer and water stubs are not depicted. Please have them added to the survey. <br /> c. The grading plan should be revised to indicate perimeter erosion control measures(silt fence,bio logs, <br /> etc.)down gradient from the proposed work. <br /> Please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey which meets all of the City's survey <br /> standards(enclosed)so we can continue our review of the application. <br /> 2. Hardscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a hardscape plan must be submitted showing all <br /> the proposed exterior/hardscaping improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The plan <br /> should include the name of the individual perForming the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the hardscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project.
