Although the <br /> City does not have a tree preservation ordinance, the site has been denuded and now requires <br /> erosion control measures to be established. There are no permits applied for or approved for <br /> this property and all past land use applications have expired. <br /> Erosion control measures must be installed before Thursday, April 12, 2012.
