Sec. 78-98. - Notice of hearing. <br />(a) A public hearing following requirement of Section 78-48 shall be required for an appeal or <br />i ariance. <br />shall be mailed at leas fefe the day of the hearing to eaeh owner- of a— <br />pr-epeAy and pr-opeAy situated wholly or paMy within 350 feet of the pfepeAy.
