Screening of Mechanical Equipment. Mechanical equipment located on the roof of <br />any building and visible from the street level or from neighboring properties shall be screened with a <br />material designed to blend harmoniously with the building's facing materials. Where buildings have <br />exposure to buildings with higher elevation, roof equipment shall be totally screened or enclosed <br />with a material to blend with the roof surface material. <br />
