Walls 4' or greater in height <br /> must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of <br /> the permit. <br /> Both-The silt fence and other erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land <br /> disturbing activities.
