The overflow elevation is depicted as proposed. That proposed elevation should be removed from the <br /> survey. <br /> 2. The driveway to the southeast is listed as "per plans". It should be depicted as existing. <br /> 3. The catch basin on Sandstone Circle is listed as approximate location. The actual location of the catch <br /> basin should be shown along with the actual elevation. (Survey Requirement#9) <br /> A copy of the as-built survey is attached, noting the above. <br /> 1 <br />
