I actually think the new proposed plan (orange) works better in terms of creating separation from the existing <br /> neighborhood sidewalk and reducing the angle needed to enter and exit the original garage of the south unit. <br /> The tree from the lost gap should probably be placed between the driveway and the neighborhood sidewalk. When <br /> mature, this might overlap into the tree proposed on the south side of that sidewalk; this could result in an attractive <br /> archway feel bordering the sidewalk. <br /> Just wanted to let you and the ARC see the revision and how it might impact final landscaping.
