The following items were noted at the inspection. <br /> 1. At the �me of the inspection, it was approximately 35 degrees and sunny. b & M <br /> Concrete was on site to perform the work. <br /> 2. The foundation consists of a strip footing 2 feet wide and 10 inches deep. <br /> 3. The reinforcing steel for the foundation consisted of (2) �no. 4 bazs centered in the <br /> footing. This construction is nn accordance with the 2005 Master Cast In Place <br /> Foundation Wa11 Drawings prepared by Ulteig Engineers, Dated 1-1-05, standard <br /> I industry pracMce, and the requirements of the code, <br /> 4. The information, vbservations, axtd opinivns stated in this repoxt are based on an <br /> inspection made by Isaac Odland.
