See the attached sheets and sketches. There are a few problems <br /> that need to be solved: <br /> 1. Survey indicates one continuous driveway serving three units. Approved Development Landscape Plan shows <br /> three individual driveways with green space&trees between driveways. Revise survey to match the approved <br /> plan. <br /> 2. Show on the survey the retaining wall between 660 and the future triple to the east of it. If wall is not proposed, <br /> I will want something from HOA saying it's OK not to build it. <br /> 3. Identify other proposed retaining walls shown on the Approved Development Landscape Plan to the north and <br /> west of 662 and 664. If these are not needed or not going to be installed, I need some authorization from the <br /> HOA for that revision from the master plan. <br /> 1 <br />
