The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to /`iJ� <br /> inspection. �L <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must � <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Separate utility permits required for sewer and water connection. � <br /> The curb stop should be protected from damage during construction. � <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey and hardcover calculations � <br /> must be submitted and approved. <br /> In the event of winter or other extended unfavorable weather conditions(which prevent the <br /> completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built survey)a Temporary Certificate of <br /> Occupancy(TCO) may be necessary.
