I will print the 11 x 17 copies needed. <br /> • Two garage services doors are shown on the building plans, but not shown on the survey, i.e. no landings shown <br /> or included in the hardcover calculation. Will service doors remain after the home is no longer a model/sales <br /> office? Please provide clarification. <br /> Please note once all life safety issues have been completed we will issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for <br /> Model/Sales Office USE ONLY. If exterior improvements are not completed at that time,an additional escrow may be <br /> required. <br /> 1 <br />
