The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to //Q�3 <br /> , <br /> inspection. ' <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must � <br /> remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> A haul route shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval and inspection prior to <br /> commencement of hauling from the site.The property owner shall be responsible for cleaning /�/� <br /> and repair of roadways for any adverse impacts. �^��� <br /> After final inspections(all life and safety issues) have been completed we will issue a Temporary <br /> Certificate of Occupancy for Model/Sales USE ONLY.
