The permit <br /> cannot be issued because your property is subject to the shoreland regulations and has a non- <br /> compliant septic system. A sta.te regulation does not allow any pernut to be issued until the <br /> system is replaced. <br /> In reviewing the permit we found that the notices you had received regarding the deadline for <br /> replacement of the system were incorrect. The correct date is December 31, 2007. The earlier <br /> date is because your property is subject to shoreland regulations. <br /> Willie Gibbs, septic inspector, indicates it will probably be difficult to find a site for the new <br /> system. You should consider requesting City sewer. The system n t door at 2140 has failed. <br /> The new owner seems to be interested in City sewer. There may e others on the street who are <br /> interested.
