It appears that the existing dying trees were damaged as the result of standing water by the <br /> trees. This drainage problem was the result of the reconstruction of North Brown Road from a rural <br /> ditch section to an urban section with curb and gutter and storm sewer.A site inspection in the spring <br /> of 1997 found a catch basin that was installed too high causing water to back up on to your property. <br /> This catch basin was lowered to improve the drainage from the azea of the trees. <br /> The trees will be replaced in the spring of 1998.
