The designer should call the main office number and schedule a time to meet onsite. <br /> 2) The monitoring plan must be submitted to the City of Orono, not the county, as indicated on the <br /> submitted design papers. <br /> 3) The system owner must understand that not providing for semi—annual inspections of this system <br /> will result in this system being labeled as non-conforming at the time of sale or for any building <br /> permit requests. Inspection reports must be submitted to the City of Orono on a yearly basis. <br /> 4) The septic permit is issued to the installer not the owner or general contractor. <br /> Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. <br /> 1 <br />
