The site is approximately 2.78 acres,north of <br /> North Arm Drive. The site is Lot 3, Block 1, Victoria Estates. One (�)wetland was <br /> delineated. The site is located in the Minnehaha Creek Watershed, north of Mound in <br /> Hennepin County,Minnesota. This report describes the chazacteristics of the wetland <br /> basin and documents its status under the various wetland regulations. If your project will <br /> not impaet the wetland, or is below the tilreshold limits outlined below, this report can be <br /> submitted to the Local Units of Government to document compliance with the vasious <br /> wetland regulations. <br /> Wetland Delineation MethodoloQv <br /> As part of our wetland delineation, Hult&Associates, Inc., reviewed the available <br /> background wetland information on this site. This information included: <br /> ➢ National Wetlands Inventory Map(NWI); <br /> ➢ Minnesota Department of Natural Resources Protected Waters Map; <br /> ➢ Hennepin County Soil Survey; <br /> ➢ U.S.G.S. 7.5 min. Quadrangle Map; and <br /> ➢ Some aerial photographs. <br />
