The legal description of the wetland and the buffer (provided by <br /> the surveyor) must be added to the document. <br /> ii. Signed document must be returned when (or before) the permit <br /> is picked up. <br /> 3. $4,800 escrow required, due with permit. <br /> 4. Escrow agreement required, I will draft.
