Applicants shall notify all contractors that neighborhood residential driveways are not to be <br /> used for any purpose—turn around, backing up, parking, etc. <br /> 7. Staging, overnight parking, and vehicle maneuvering shall be done within the Applicants' <br /> property, to the extent feasible. Plans submitted at the time of building permit should reflect <br /> an onsite construction turnaround. <br /> 8. Hauling shall occur during allowed construction hours only Monday through Friday 7 am to <br /> 8 pm (and between 8 am and 8 pm on weekends and holidays). <br /> 9. The street shall be swept daily, or as needed, to keep debris off of Smith Avenue. <br /> 10. Contractor(s) shall post a contact number and be able to respond to complaints in a timely <br /> fashion. <br /> 11.Any amendments to the plans which are not in conformity with City codes may require further <br /> Planning Commission and City Council review. <br /> 12. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the Property not with the Applicants, but are <br /> permissive only and must be exercised by obtaining a permit and commencing construction <br /> of said project within one year of the date of Council approval, the conditional use permit <br /> will expire on that date (July 23, 2019). <br /> 13.
