They f�med in calcareous,loamy glacial till of late Wisconsinan Age.Mean annual ' teanperature ranges from 4S degrees to 52 degrees F.Mean annnal precipitation ranges fro�m 25 to 33 inches.Frost free days range from 125 to 165.Elevations range from 700 to 1600 feet. Very poo�ly drained Glencoe, Honghton,Klossner,and Mnskego soils are mostly in d�ressions.Poorly drained Hamel soils are on foot and toe , slopes.Moderately well drained Le Sn�r and Nessel soils aze on slighfly elevated flats and gendy convex slopes.
