Installer: Engage an experienced Installer that has specialized in installing roofmg systems <br /> similar to those required for this Project. Weather: Proceed with roofmg work when existing and forecasted weather conditions permit <br /> work to be performed in accordance with manufacturers'recommendations and warranty requirements. <br /> B. Substrate Conditions: Do not begin roofing installation until substrates have been inspected and <br /> are determined to be in satisfactory condition. <br /> 1.6 WARRANTY <br /> A. Manufacturer's Warranty: Submit executed copy of singl�ply membrane manufacturer's <br /> "Limited Service Warranty"agreement including flashing endorsement,signed by an authorized <br /> representative of manufacturer. Provide form that was published with product literature as of date of � <br /> Contract Documents. <br /> B. Wamanty Period: 10 years from date of Substantial Completion. <br /> C. The Warranty shall not deprive the Owner of other rights the Owner may have under other <br /> provisions of the Contract Documents and will be in addition to and run concurrent with other warranties <br /> made by the Contractor under requirements of the Contract Documents. <br /> PART 2-PRODUCTS ` <br /> 2.1 GENERAL <br /> A.
