DIV�SION 1: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> Q1010 SUMMARY OF THE WORK <br /> General: <br /> The work of the contract consists,in general,of the construction,of an addition at the Richard and Britt <br /> Gage residence,Long Lake,Minnesota as shown on the Drawings and described in these Specifications. <br /> It includes both the removal of materials and the installation of new materials. The Owner has the right <br /> to rejects a11 bids.If the Owner accepts a bid,the successful Bidder/Builder will enter into an ag�ment <br /> with the Owner to undertake this project <br /> The General construction contraet includes the contracts,the drawings and the project manual.The <br /> Mechanical and Electrical work shall be bid under separate contracts. <br /> The data set forth in this specification and indicated on the drawings is accurate as can be obtained,but <br /> its extreme accuracy can not be guaranteed. Final application shall be determined by the approval of the <br /> Owner. <br /> The law and location of the construction sites govern the construction of any contract,all building, <br /> heatitig,ventilating,plumbing and electrical codes of the State of Minnesota and local laws and <br /> ordinances,which are hereby made part of each Contract. <br /> Scope of Work; Contractors will provide material delivered to the site and all labor to complete the work <br /> according to the drawings and the project manual. All Sub-Contractors shall be responsible to the <br /> General eontractor. The Owner will enter into various Contracts as required to complete the work <br /> described. <br /> Ther�e shall be no commanication,concernin tec6nical matters,between the Owner and th� <br /> Contractors regardiag the Work xfter it t�us.
