G. Keying Schedule: Upon review and accepTance of Hardware Schedule,develop Keying <br /> Schedule in consultation with Owner. <br /> 1. Submit 1 copy to Architect for infomiation only. <br /> H. Mainbenance instructions for e�h item of hardware. <br /> b. Catalog pages for each produd. <br /> c. Name,address,and phone number of local representative for each manufacturer. <br /> d. Parts list for each produc� <br /> e. CQpy of final hardware schedule. <br /> f. Copy of final keying schedule. <br /> 1.04 QUALITY ASSURANCE <br /> A. Manufacture�'s Qualifications: Not less d�an 5 years e�erience in the actual <br /> production of specified products. <br /> B. Distributor's Qualific�tions: <br /> 1. Firm with 3 years experience in the di�ributiori of commercial hardware. <br /> 2. Distributor to employ full time Architectural Hardware Cousultants(AHC�for t�e purpose of <br /> scheduling and coordinating ha�+dware and establishing keying schedule. <br /> 3. Hardware Schedule shall be prepared and signed by an AHC. <br /> C. Installer's Qualifications: <br /> 1. 3 years experience in installation of similar hardware to that required for this project. <br /> D. Regulatory Label Requirements: Provide UL label or stamp on hardware required on <br /> labeled doors. <br /> 1.05 DELIVERY,STORAGE,AND HANDLING <br /> A. Packing and Shipping: <br /> 1. Deliver produds in original unopened packaging with legible manufacturer's identification. � <br /> 2. �ackage hardware to prevent damage during transit and storage. <br /> 3.
