Pre-Installation Conference: Schedule a pre-installation conference with the Architect <br /> and Contractor,to review the work of this Section. <br /> 1.07 DELNERY, STORAGE AND HANDLING <br /> ' A Deliver materiats in original containers with labels intact and legible. Store and protect <br /> materials in cool,dry location, out of sunlight,pratected from weather and other harmful <br /> � environment, and at a temperature above 40' F and below 110° F zn accorclance with <br /> manufaclurer's instructions. <br /> 1 A$PROJECT/SITE CONDITIONS <br /> ' A. Protect adjacent construction materials that are likely to be soiled by the appiication <br /> procass. <br /> ' B. Environmental Requirements <br /> 1. Cement Plaster <br /> a. Cold Weather <br /> � 1) Da not use frozen materials or materials that have been previously <br /> frozen. <br /> 2) Do not apply cement plaster to frozen surfaces or surfaces <br /> � containing frost. <br /> 3) Instaliation Ambient A�r Temperature:Do not mix materials or <br /> apply cement plaster when ambient temperature is less than 40°F. <br /> Ainbient air temperature must remain at 40° F and rising, and <br /> � remain so for a minimmn 24 hours thereafter. <br /> b.Hot Weather <br /> 1) Protec#cement plaster from uneven and excessive evaporation <br /> during hot, wir�dy, or dry weather. Avoid application in direct <br /> � sunligh� <br /> 2) In hot,windy or dry weather,the cement plaster should be spray <br /> misted with potable water and then covered wit#i a single sheet of <br /> ' clear polyethylene piastic. <br /> 2.Acrylic Primer and Finish Coatings <br /> a. Comply with acrylic finish manufactarer's recommendations for conditions <br /> affecting product perforinance <br /> ' b. Protect installation from direct precipitation during the application and the <br /> setting/curing period of primer and finish coat.
