<br /> the Homeowne�s Associatirnz two(2) complcte sets of arahitectural plans and speaificatzons for
<br /> the proposed Ymcprovements(iacludiag,w�ithout limit�ian,full site plaziss, elevations, floor plans,
<br /> extez�ior materia,�s, exterior colors, drivewa�plan, and laudsca�e pla�)alan�witXt the name,
<br /> ,address and telephone number of the caz��ractor who will actua,lly pezform the proposed work and
<br /> the n�me, address and telephone number of the Owne�r. Upon request by the Cozximittee, a,n
<br /> Owner sha1I subaYit such additional informati,on as sha�.l reasonably be requested by fhe
<br /> Committee to e'vidence cox�pliance wit�the requirements of this article.
<br /> Section 3. Rev"ew Pexiod. Withxn twenty (20} days of its receipt of ai1 of the
<br /> docu�ents to be submitted undex Scction 2 of this Article,the Committee shall eitt�er approve oz�
<br /> disa�prove the plans ancl specificatio�ns for filie pzoposed Improve3oaents and tl�e coniractor who
<br /> wi�constract the proposed Improvements, The Comm�tttee ma,y disappxove only for one ar xmore of
<br /> the following reasons:
