Rules 7080 and the City of Orono Codes. <br /> In the Site # 1 area two soil borings were done indicating the <br /> following results; ( Primary Site ) <br /> Soil Boring # 1 indicated Mottled Soil at 21 inches. <br /> Soil Boring # 2 indicated Mottled Soil at 20 inches <br /> .Soil Boring # 3 indicated Mottled Soil at 20 inches <br /> The average percolation rate in tlus area was 36.8 min/in. <br /> .Mottled soil is consider the high seasonal water table that exist <br /> during the wet seasons (Fa11 and Spring ). <br /> • The current Minn. Rules 7080 and the �ity of Orono Codes <br /> require that when mottXed soil is encounter between 12-42 <br /> inches then an above ground pressurized mound systera is <br /> required by the cunent codes. <br />
