The zoning status memo (attached) from Hank Muhich dated August 10, 1976 and Resolution <br /> No. 1195 (attached) still accurately reflect the zoning status of the property. <br /> 2. The property was assessed for two sewer units when the sewer was installed in the early <br /> 1980's. That assessment has been paid off for many years. <br /> 3. The property currently receives two quarterly sewer service charges because there are two <br /> dwelling units on the property.
