A complainant is always <br /> welcome to inquire about the status of a complaint or violation. However it is not the City's standard practice to offer <br /> status updates or progress reports to complainants regarding property violations as they are classified as ongoing <br /> investigations until closed. <br /> Regarding your complaint specifically, upon receipt of your July letter the City opened a violation investigation. The <br /> investigation is still ongoing. Please note,we do not provide updates regarding ongoing investigations.
