Data shall be presented on form provided. Identi�cation of and specifications for water heating <br /> equipment shal] aIso be provided. <br /> 4. When any new canstruction or reznodeling is involved, a;eparate builcling permit must be obtained. <br /> 5. All wark inust be done in accordallce with the Uniform Mechanical Code/State Building Code <br /> requiremenis. <br /> 6. All tivork must be inspected (rough-in and f7�al).
