We are unable to complete this review for <br /> the following reasons: <br /> 1. The building plans must reflect those approved with the variance. Vogue <br /> Homes changed the footprint of the house to reduce hardcover. I need 11 X 17 <br /> copies of the exterior elevations to incorporate into the resolutions. <br /> 2. Plans must be subrnitted for the work required to be done on the steep slopes. <br /> 3. The drainage easement documents required as part of the variance must be <br /> signed before the building permit is issued. The City will draft the easements <br /> but you must provide the legal descriptions. <br /> Regarding the demolition of 1350: <br /> 1. The contractor who will disconnect the sewer must obtain a permit before the <br /> demolition permit is issued. This work must be completed before the actual house <br /> demolition commences. If there are questions about this contact Lyle Oman, Building <br /> Official at 952-249-6425. <br /> 2. The contractor who will do the demolition obtains the demolition permit. With Mr. <br /> Baldwin's copy of this letter I am enclosing the zoning disclosure form for 1350 as well <br /> as a demolition permit application since he must sign both forms. <br />
