As you know, our <br /> engineer's review takes approximately a week. I sent this to him after receiving the drawings on April 4th so comments <br /> on the plan as submitted should be in some time on Monday (as that is the deadline I provided). Once the engineer <br /> approves the project I can issue the permit. Please note, footing inspections will be required for both the stairs and the <br /> wall. <br /> Based on our discussions and site review the plans should not require much modification.
