Also,when it has rained it causes a major river of mud through the next door houses back yard down the stairs down to the lake. I am not sure what the DNR would think about that issue but it causes me concern. Their insurance company has only delayed and delayed getting us an answer about our claim let alone and money to reimburse us for the costs involved. We now are having to retain an attorney to deal with this matter and I believe the city has some liability in this matter due to their inaction the city had with the problem with all of the correspondence we had with you prior to this flooding event in my house. This continues to be a huge problem and with the river of mud going down to the lake it may only get worse. I look forward to yow response on your duty to protect the lake and the adjacent properties from the problems and destruction that this development has caused and may continue to cause.
