Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in <br /> order for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certiflcate of Survey. The partial copy of the survey submitted does not meet the City's survey requirements <br /> (copy enclosed). Please provide two copies of an updated,full size certificate of survey which meets all of the <br /> City's survey standards (enclosed) indicating specifically the location of the proposed accessory structure as <br /> well as any improvements including proposed grading and the existing primary and alternate septic treatment <br /> sites. Please note our engineer has not reviewed the survey,so additional comments may be forthcoming. <br /> 2. Wetlands. Based on our available information a wetland delineation was submitted to and approved by the <br /> Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. The approved wetland delineation edge must be shown on a survey in <br /> addition to with the 35'wetland setback. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> DistricYs (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project. Please note,the City of Orono will not issue a building permit without a copy of the MCWD permit <br /> or documentation stating the proposed project does not trigger any of their permitting requirements. <br /> The above information is required in order for the plan review to continue.
