A <br /> complete delineation report and WCA application was submitted to MCWD on May 13,2015. <br /> One wetland was delineated on site and classified as a Type 3 shallow marsh. The wetland <br /> overlaps with a DNR Public Water and an NWI-mapped wetland. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the�'ield on May 21,2015.MCWD was in agreement with the <br /> boundaries of the wetland on-site and a�proves the wetland boundaries and type as delineated in the <br /> field and documented in the delineation�report.This decision is valid for five years.A future project <br /> located on this property may require a p�rmit from the MCWD. <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 1 <br /> of 3 <br /> .� <br />
