Therefore the City <br /> must require you or your contractor to submit the following for <br /> review: <br /> 1 . Building permit application (enclosed ) . <br /> 2. A copy of your survey with the deck drawn to scale. <br /> 3 . 2 sets of building plans. <br /> Please make application before May 4, 1991..
