LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT DECISION <br /> Date of Decision: <br /> � Approved ❑ Approved with conditions (include below) ❑ Denied <br /> LGU Findings and Conclusions(attach additional sheets as necessary): � <br /> April Wysocki has applied for wetland boundary& type confirmation for the wetlands located <br /> at 2770 Rainey Road in the City of Orono, Hennepin County, Minnesota (04ll 723430014). <br /> Legal description: Section 4, Township 117N, Range 23W. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Anderson Engineering on April 15, 2015. A <br /> complete delineation report and WCA application was submitted to MCWD on May 13, 2015. <br /> One wetland was delineated on site and classified as a Type 3 shallow marsh. The wetland <br /> overlaps with a DNR Public Water and an NWI-mapped wetland. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on May 21, 2015. MCWD was in agreement with the <br /> boundaries of the wetland on-site and approves the wetland boundaries and type as delineated in the <br /> field and documented in the delineation report.
