Describe in detail, in the second response space of Attachment B,the activity <br /> proposed in the wetland. <br /> If you are not applying for a WCA exemption (or for a no-loss determination),please <br /> leave Attachment B blank to avoid confusion. <br /> 2. Re-label Figure 4. The figure that is between Figure 3 and Figure 5 is currently <br /> , labeled as"Delineation—Figure 5"but appears to be a DNR Protected Waters map.
