The file does not include a copy of a wetland delineation. Attached is a copy of the survey on file from when the house was proposed showing a drainage easement. We deduce the easement was in alignment with the wetland at that time. Wetlands can change over the years,so the exact edge of the wetland is unknown. Attached is a map showing the approximate wetland location. The council considered changes to the wetland setback rules, but did not make any changes. A fire pit cannot be constructed within the easement area and must be setback 35'from the edge of the wetland. There does not appear to be a designated wetland buffer on this property. Also attached is a copy of the Flowage and Conservation Easement for your reference. You of course are welcome to view the file during business hours.
