The file does not include a copy of a <br /> wetland delineation. Attached is a copy of the survey on file from when the house was proposed showing a drainage <br /> easement. We deduce the easement was in alignment with the wetland at that time. Wetlands can change over the <br /> years,so the exact edge of the wetland is unknown. Attached is a map showing the approximate wetland location. <br /> The council considered changes to the wetland setback rules, but did not make any changes. A fire pit cannot be <br /> constructed within the easement area and must be setback 35'from the edge of the wetland. There does not appear to <br /> be a designated wetland buffer on this property. Also attached is a copy of the Flowage and Conservation Easement for <br /> your reference. <br /> You of course are welcome to view the file during business hours.
