Based on our review, we offer the following <br /> comments for your consideration: <br /> 1. It does not appear that this project will disturb more than 100 cubic yards of material. Therefore, <br /> a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) and associated financial security is not <br /> required. <br /> 2. Silt fence is shown on the plan in appropriate locations. <br /> 3. The proposed grading maintains existing drainage patterns. However, the area of yard between <br /> the proposed screen porch and the existing garage is shown to have a proposed grade less than <br /> 2%.
