C . , MN <br /> � <br /> � <br /> This 0�-Site S wage Treatment System is Designed for a Type 1, four <br /> bedroo home D signed in accordance with the Minnesota Pollution <br /> Contro� Agency Chapter 7080 and local ordinances . <br /> The soils on tlhis site are a clay loam. A seasonally high water <br /> table �vas located at 12" to 24" , (mottled soil ) . Due to the <br /> seasondlly hig� water table, a Pressurized Mourid System will need <br /> to be installed for adequate treatment of septic effluent. <br /> This site has �n exsting trench system which is less than 3 ' from <br /> the se3�sonally high water table & the bottom of the system. A <br /> boring ; into th� system indicated the system is also hydraulically <br /> overlo�ded. T�e system is Non-Conforming. <br /> The so�ls at a� depth of 12" have a percolation rate averaging <br /> 12. 2 min/inch. ; <br /> A pumping cham�er will need to be installed to lift the effluent <br /> to the treatme�t area. <br /> The manifold and supply line pipe must have back drainage to the <br /> pumping chambeX. The distribution pipes shall have their ends <br /> capped. Be sure the rock and sand fill material are clean. The <br /> sod layer beloW the entire mounded area must be �urned over, just <br /> break up the sbd, be sure not to over work. <br /> The power supply and switches must be located outside the manhole <br /> and pumping chamber in a weather proof enclosure. A warning device <br /> must be installed with a light and sound device, this is in case of <br /> a pump failure;. <br /> All neighborinig wells are located greater than 100 ' away from the <br /> propos�d treatment area. <br /> 1 <br /> � <br /> � CONT' D <br /> ; � . <br />
