Staff recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order for your application to be <br /> considered com�lete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. landscape Plan. Will there be any changes to the landscaping with the proposed additions? If so, the City <br /> requires a landscape plan be submitted showing all the proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. <br /> patios,grading,sidewalks, retaining walls,etc. The plan should include the name of the individual performing <br /> the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also <br /> be reflected on the survey. <br /> 2. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District (MCWD). Your project may trigger the Minnehaha Creek Watershed <br /> District's (MCWDs) permitting requirements; please contact the MCWD directly at 952-471-0590 regarding <br /> your project.
