Your application is incomplete. <br /> The following items! must be submitted or revised in order for your application to be considered complete <br /> and for the plan revi�ew to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated, full size certificate of survey meeting the City's <br /> survey starrdards (enclosed) indicating the location of the proposed deck (and any proposed <br /> grading) as well as all existinq structures, landscaping, retaining walls and hardcover on the <br /> property. <br /> 2. Hardcover �Calculations. The subject property is located within the Shoreland Overlay district and <br /> hardcover c�alculations are required. Please have your surveyor complete the enclosed Hardcover <br /> Calculation�IVorksheet reflecting the existing and proposed hardcover levels. <br /> 3. Escrow 8� scrow Agreement. Building permits involving grading and/or review by the City's <br /> engineer re uire submittal of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to <br /> guarantee r imbursement to the City for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. <br /> Additionally'this escrow will guarantee conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion <br /> control and�tormwater. If grading is to be conducted, the required escrow amount for this project is <br /> $2,500; if o grading is proposed a $600 escrow will be required. The escrow agreement is <br /> enclosed. The property owner must sign the escrow agreement and submit a check for the <br /> appropriate amount. <br /> The above informa on is required in order for the plan review to continue.
