There is an existing drive that will be used to the North. No tree removal here. There is a new drive through the Tree preservation easement that will be used. There exists a wooden bridge in this location. It will be removed, dead trees removed, and a driveway will be installed. No significant trees will be impacted. This is noted on the attached. Let me know if I need to print and deliver? Are only dead trees going to be removed? Please clarify. Your plan notes, "no significant trees will be impacted". Will�live trees be removed? If so please identify on a plan,the size, type and location. Escrow was mailed with a check today. You should have it tomorrow, or the next day. I will watch for it. Landscape plans should have been delivered 2 weeks ago. Please let me know if you did not receive it, or if it needs further adjustment. A complete copy of the landscape plan was just received. MCWD permit was applied for and confirmed. Should have it issued this week. I will watch for it. With this, any insight into when we may see a building permit? Thanks, Sven �
